Well, today is the first day of workshops. They check in. Barbara Nechis has already arrived from Calistoga, sniff, California, boohoo, via NYC. No, we don’t miss CA, much. A little. Well, we like Greenville quite a bit. Especially this time of the year. The weather is lovely.
Tish, the previous owner and chef, is going to do her roasted chicken breast with gravy. I was going to do, for Friday, Sole Almondine but couldn’t get the sole. So, we are discussing what type of Salmon to do. Kim vetoed my blackened catfish proposal. Eliot, previous owner 2, also didn’t like it. Tish did, though.
I would like to do a maple salmon recipe. Tish has another one with escargot butter. Decisions, decisions. Both look very good.
