To enroll in the workshop of your choice, you have several options;

1. Give us a call at the number below and enroll over the phone. We will send you an eInvoice for the deposit.
2. Complete this enrollment form and either mail or fax it along with your deposit to the address below.
3. Email us to request an electronic invoice be sent to your email, which can be paid by most major credit cards. Deposit payments via online invoice are due within 24 hours of issue of the invoice. No exceptions. Please contact us to request an electronic invoice.

Enrollment reservations are accepted in the order in which they are received. Upon receipt of your $495 deposit, you are sent a supply list provided by your instructor, detailed travel information, and a confirmation/invoice. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Payment may be made in American funds by cash, personal check, or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER only). When double occupancy enrollments are made separately, they are confirmed only when a deposit has been received from both students.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are applied as a pre-payment of tuition and accommodations. All cancellation notices can only be accepted in writing. Written notice can be by email, fax, or sent in the mail.

If you cancel prior to 45 days before the start of the workshop, a $75 processing fee will be retained for each cancellation. Transfers to another class prior to 45 days before the original class will be charged a $25 processing fee.

For transfers or cancellations with less the 45 days, the $495 deposit is not refundable. If the cancellation is due to a circumstance beyond your control, such as sudden illness, accident, or family emergency, your deposit is not refundable, but you may transfer the deposit to another workshop. A $25 transfer fee applies in this case, as well.

If a workshop is cancelled by us, a full refund of the deposit will be processed.
