Mark is happy because everyone is loving the food. I’m happy because everyone is happy!

Pat and all her students are having a blast. There is paper, paint, ink, plastic wrap, bubble wrap, and all manner of STUFF all over the studio. It’s hard to tell where one person’s work space starts and the other’s begins.

The group is getting along very well, and they have to because there are 22 in the workshop and with all the STUFF it is quite crowded in the studio. We will definitely be planning some improvements. I can’t wait until we can build our big new studio, then the STUFF can really fly.

Fiber artists would love this workshop. I’m itching to try some of Pat’s techniques on fabric.

“…then the STUFF can really fly.

Now I have plenty of fiber in my diet, perhaps thats why the STUFF seems to fly out of me!(hahahaha)

Ok, I’ll keep my day job. -cm

PS: Really sounds like great people, a great time, and great food!

  2. Hey, this is a family blog, CM. 😉 No fiber comments please. Ouch. The visual is just too much.

It is a great time. But, you know, like all things, it depends on the people talking the workshops. The food is always good, fresh and healthy, if somewhat caloric, and the instructors, the artists and painters, that is, the instructors, are the best that can be had.

You’ll have to sign up for a class. You realize that I remember you at the age of 30. 😉 Now we’re all old. 🙂

  3. BTW, the fiber art, speading of fiber, will have lots of collage work in it.

The reason Kim cannot wait for the new studio, besides the obvious, is that she’ll get the loft, the second floor, as her studio. More space for my beloved.
