Big debate here whether the weather is a squall or flurries!!! I say flurries but John says squall.

Dictionary.com says that a squall is “A brief sudden violent windstorm, often accompanied by rain or snow.”

And it says that flurries are “A brief, light snowfall.
A sudden gust of wind.
A stirring mass, as of leaves or dust; a shower.”

Sounds the same just about. I always think of squall as an out to sea storm.
