Betty Franks is a self-taught abstract artist, born in Toronto, Canada, and raised in San Jose, California. After a long career in customer service management, Betty embraced her creative side at 50, proving it’s never too late to pursue your passions.
Inspired by nature and fueled by vibrant color, she creates joyful and expressive artworks. Beyond her personal practice, Betty is passionate about empowering others, especially women over 50, to discover their unique artistic voices. Through online courses and workshops, she offers accessible instruction and a supportive community to unlock creative potential. She believes everyone can experience the joy of abstract art.

Full 5-Day Package*: $3,318.28 (double occupancy pp) or $3,532.12 (single occupancy)
*5-Day Workshop Package includes: Tuition for 5 full class days, 6 nights of dinner, lodging, breakfast, daily cookie and fruit breaks, unlimited coffee and tea, and welcoming wine and cheese reception.
